Print

Plastisol ink based printing - to 12 colours. Spot, 4 colour process, and award winning pseudo-process onto coloured shirts.
Water based ink printing - to 12 colours, including discharge printing onto coloured shirts.
Foil - both on its' own and as part of a printed design.
High build (not the same as expantex) or 3D prints, either as a stand alone technique or as part of a standard print and/or foil design.
Transfer printing and application - including caps.
Compressed T shirts - wide range of shapes and sizes

Embroidery

Drop head for Large and awkward garments.
Cap frames to suit most types of cap.
Appliqué facility.
Monogramming with over 100 fonts.
Quality, UK based digitisation.
Up to 1000 stitches per minute including caps.
Maximum area for embroidery 300mm x 300mm.

Transfers

Flat bed presses for made up garments and panels.
Cap presses.
Fusing press for 3M reflective tape application.
Daily capacity of 1000+ applications.

Artwork Services and Requirements

Charges - Our current standard charge for Screens is £25 per colour. This charge includes the creation of positives from digital artwork. Any necessary work - over and above this - is chargeable and may effect quoted lead times.
Client supplied Positives - Should you supply positives they must be right reading with emulsion side up. They need to be butt fit and a base - with the necessary trap lines incorporated - must be provided for printing onto coloured shirts. We actually prefer to do the job ourselves as the quality of most positives supplied to us is below the standard necessary for quality printing.
Four Colour Process - The cost of any necessary (and it usually is!) adjustment to the colour balance for printing onto matt white shirts is included in the normal screen charge. Printing 4 colour process images onto black or coloured shirts is a completely different kettle of fish. While the procedure is routine - and we do dozens of such images a year - there is a requirement for specialist separations to convert 4 colour process to spot colour. The cost of doing this is additional to normal screen charges and varies with the number of colours required and the time taken to do the separations. Basically each design needs to be priced on an individual basis.
Alterations - We can adapt and change designs - re-setting text for example - within reasonable limits, but we are not a specialist design house. Such alterations are chargeable and are made without accepting any liability for errors whatsoever.
Creative Design - We don't do this .... but we know several men who do. We would be happy to put clients in touch with designers who can create anything from a complete retail spring collection to a new logo for a football club.

Packing, Fulfilment and Delivery

Single poly bagging and heat sealing on two NEBCO E-Z Fold Automatic Folding Machine. Ten thousand garments per shift capacity.
Range of hand packing facilities/options.
Label supply, removal and replacement.
Ratio packing and order picking.
Distribution to multiple addresses.
