Design Samples
We routinely issue a jpeg mock up of the design for your approval before running print samples if required.
Print Samples
No one likes to spend money on a product they have never seen. We understand how important it is for you to be able to show your client that their finished promotional merchandise will reflect the quality they demand before they commit to a bulk run of hundreds or thousands.
Unlike some printers, all our samples are produced on the machines that will be used for the bulk run, by the people who will be doing the job. What you see is exactly what you will get. You can rest assured that the same high standards of quality will be applied consistently from the first sample produced to the last shirt to come off the machine on your bulk run.
On top of this, the small charge (currently £30 + vat) that we make for each design we sample is refundable against the cost of any bulk run of over 250.
Embroidery Samples
Our charges include running a "swatch" on the material (pique, sweatshirt etc) that the bulk is going on. As with our Print Samples, Embroidery Samples are run on the production machine that will run the bulk, we do not use single head "sampling" machines.
